Hello Friends! I am sorry I was so busy in attending to certain unavoidable and important matters. So I was so stressed and tired and couldn't post as promised.

I am so sorry. In this pandemic times, so much of uncertainty, so many matters are being postponed and work is piling up like anything. We have to clear them at the earliest opportunity.

Inspired By Sri  Chakra

Hello Friends! Hope you are all enjoying the holiday season. I am sorry I am not able to post regularly as promised as I am still struggling with many things. I have loads of Rangolis to post. But I need to edit them properly before posting which takes some time. Given the glitches I am facing, it is really time consuming and back breaking. But still I will try my best.

This Rangoli is inspired by Sri Chakra or Sri Yantra. 

I have only taken one set of triangles to keep it easy and simple. 

Lotuses, flowers and three leaves (Maredu or Bilwa Dalam) are the offerings to Mother through worship of Sri Chakra.

This has been represented in the Rangoli.

Hello Friends!

Hope you have all celebrated Christmas well and looking forward to New Year. 

I am so sorry hat I couldn't post for the past few days. First there was some problem with my system and then there was problem with out power supplying devices. 

My system was got repaired. The power supply has been temporarily set right. We are waiting for the expert to assess the situation and do the needful. So I am keeping my fingers crossed that it is nothing major and can be taken care of with some minor repairs. 

I feel so bad when such interruptions keep me from posting on my blog especially during this season. It always happens when I am doing something important. I think I am unlucky in this aspect and it looks like I am not able to keep my promise and post regularly. Alas what to do?

I will try my best to post as many as possible.

Colourful Thank You Cards

Hello there!

Hope you are all doing well. I think some of you might be busy preparing for Christmas. 

Today I want share with you these two cards. 

For both cards I have used the same printed paper. But the base of the cards are of different colours as you can see. The entire lot of this printed paper pack is of bright and cheery. I have been wanting to use this for a long time. 

I could not properly photograph these cards as the printed paper was glossy and reflecting light. I tried my best.

This card is portrait oriented. I have used tangerine coloured card stock.

I have used border punch for the design.

This card is landscape oriented. Base is white card stock and I used a matting of yellow card stock.

Here the insert is of white and yellow colours.

Both cards were easy to make. Hope you like my cards. Do leave your comments and suggestions if any please.

Tulasi Vivah Rangolis

Hello Friends!

Hope you are all doing well.

Winter has started with a bang here. Temperatures have dropped considerably. Sometimes its raining too. We have completed our vaccination. But somehow after all that I am feeling too weak and lethargic. 

In this month of Kartika we are busy fasting, celebrating so many festivals and offering special prayers and puja. Today is Tulasi Vivah.

This is the sacred Tulasi or Holy Basil plant.

So I am posting Rangolis for the occasion:
