A Bouquet Of Good Wishes

Hello Friends !

Hope you are all doing well. Your are all healthy and safe.

I had to take a break because of severe backache. I just couldn't sit and work on my computer. Now I am ok after taking all the pain killers and rest for long hours. I could barely manage my daily chores.

Today I am sharing a card with a Bouquet of Good Wishes. It is made out of lots of scraps in my stash.

A Bouquet Of Good Wishes

Base is White Ivory Card Stock A4 size folded in such a way that top fold is half inch shorter than the bottom. I don't know whether there is any special name to such folds.

I have added the fabric tape to the bottom fold so that it is visible from the top.

I have used punches for the borders as you can see.

I love the Sizzix Framelits - Labels, Fancy dies. I keep on reaching for it for stamping sentiments. I have dabbed the edges with blue ink. I have attached it with a foam dot to give it slight dimension.

Then I added the stickers. Hope you like my work.

Thanks to all you beautiful people who kept on supporting me even when I could not post for the past few days. Thanks a ton for your love and support.

Best Wishes Card

Hello Friends!

Hope you are all doing great and enjoying yourselves.

Here the temperatures are soaring. Though it is spring season, day temperatures are quite high. Today I felt the hot wind which is quite dangerous. It is too early for the hot winds. But this year summer may be quite unbearable.

I am sharing a very simple and easy to make card.
Best Wishes Card

Base for the card is cream coloured Handmade paper which has brown fibers and slightly rough texture.

Brown is not one of my favourite colours for making cards. May be I can use it in scene cards if required or a little scrap here and there. But as a background, I don't prefer it. I had to use this brown designer paper some where. So  used it here.

The top layer was brown coloured embossed designer paper.

The scalloped circle was cut using Sizzix Dies. The edges were dabbed with brown pigment ink. The sentiment was stamped with black ink and touched up with brown pen.

The butterfly was cut with Spellbinders Butterfly corner Die. It has embossed design on the wings. The edges were dabbed with brown ink. I used foam dots to give it a slight dimension.

On the whole, the card looks sober and dull. May be a little bit of colour could have brightened it up.

What is your opinion?

Any suggestions as to what else can be added? Please do drop in your suggestions and comments.

Thanks a lot to all you beautiful people sending so much love and for lots of your support.

Simple Card

Hello Friends!

Hope you are all doing well.

First of all I want to thank all those beautiful people out there for their love and support, Thank you so much. Your support motivates me to create more and more.

I could not post for the past few days because I had a sever back ache and had to take rest. Working on computers aggravates my back and neck pain.

Moreover, my internet was also down. These days, there is frequent outage and the service provider is taking a long time to rectify the fault. It is really irritating but what to do.

Today I am sharing yet another simple card made with punched out border and 3D sticker.

Simple Card

I have used a white mat and then top layer of Lilac with punched-out border. Actually the punched-out layer was already attached to the white card stock. This was left over form some other project. So I just glued it to the card base.

Then stamped the sentiment onto the punched out card label (available in my stash) and added to the card.

The sticker is glittery, therefore, the image is not so clear.

I have a huge stash of left overs, scraps, bits and pieces of card stock, printed paper, stickers, embellishments and so many other things. I want to use them in my next projects and decrease my stash. I am running out of storing space.

Hope you like my work.

Thanks a lot once again for all your love and support.
